Meh it took about 1.5 hours of uploading to get it on here--it was 905 MB actually, but I compressed it with something... I just found out what was wrong with my sound, and in this case I THINK i sped up the FPS after I recorded it, so this is the result...

dont ever use mpeg-1...try mpeg 2 man...i think mpeg 2 is usualy the best....your avi test looks good, but im guessing the file size is huge....1 min of recording= 1 gig (roughly)

Hmm...it looks like only the video gets recorded for the MPEG's.... this is also very skippy...
