Um..The water in my Rom is pure BLUE I cant see it clearly? Why is that?

Have you tried another rom? Could be something wrong with the one you have, that's my guess at least.

Hey nice quality. Might want to enable sync sound in the audio plugin. Also, the reason why the sound on your rom is low pitched, its because it's PAL but Project64 is forcing it to run at 60frames

I know that some part of my videos of the Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time, where the sound doesn't catch up with the video itself.
