Judging by the sponsor (Direct Service/Mileage disappeared by 1970), the "in color" tag and the styles of the anchors I'd say this is 1968-69. The Scene Tonight program started in early 1968. Great clip.

The Scene Tonight began in 1967. I believe the music was custom made.
