i have windows mm 2.6, did everything you said, put the two videos in mm, went to transitions and there was a split vertical that was different than yours and the cloning effect did not work! Please help me

@ericzackandtony Thats the problem with windows movie maker, you are limited with what you can do with the effect. to do something like that where you are hitting yourself, you would have to use something like After Effects.
