what's wrong with using a top & bottom of same bottle instead of using two bottom parts? i had good results with using 2 liter bottles. i use a paper towel as siphon.

if you kept the cap on couldn't you keep the top?
1 bottle per planter?

no your wrong your supposed to keep the soil moist never dry but never saturated

really....i didnt know that, maybe thats why my other crop died such a pitiful death....but, i fixed it with a hydro system, and im so much more happier....

Maybe if you want poor quality hemp... Cannabis requires the soil to dry out before the next watering for it to grow properly.

You can use other porosities that provides the same hydrological functioning. See videos 60-70.

What a wonderful idea, I must try this too. Do you recommend using nylon rope or cotton rope? I would think cotton absorbs water better, but you mentioned nylon. Do you think nylon is better? Thank you.

Plastic cords can last years keeping a marvelous performance. There are other videos about it.
