It's called 'Bart' by a US band called Ruby from 1976

This is an edit of the original 5.20 min version from the album Ruby by Ruby aka Tom Fogerty and the gang. It's from around 1976. The remix was done a few years later and can be found on the CD 'Precious Gems / Deal It Out' by Tom Fogerty & Ruby. I will try and post the full version soon. Watch out!!!!

There is a 3 minute and the full 5.20 min version of Bart....
The voice is an origional BBC continuity announcer.

i remember the music well - 'Bart' by Ruby & Tom Fogarty. i was finally able to get that piece of music on CD last year, after all these years.
