I don't know if I love you
It's a word I can't use for a while
That's alright my darling
I'm happy just being with you
When I'm here beside you
No place on earth I'd rather be
And when the time comes for parting
Each one takes longer than the last
I don't know how long we will be here
I'ts a place not a matter of time
Take my hand and lead me
I'll stay until you let me go
I know that Spring follows Winter
Today was tomorrow yesterday
All things change and they follow
And we're no different you and I
Whether I know if I love you
It's a word I can't use for a while
That's alright my darling
I'm happy just being with you

Kay Closson was a poet, writer, pianist, mother of three (including myself), and all around inspiration to many people in the Wichita KS area.
This song was taken from a VCR tape, part of a school project done by Kay's friend Neer Nine. The tape contained poetry, a short story, novel excerpts, and finished with 3 of her songs. I provided the song title - actually I'm not sure if the songs were titled or not. I will correct this if I find further information.
