You have a Congo African Grey, Jamu is a a Timneh African Grey, the smaller, not as pretty cousin to the Congo.

hey, why doesn't he haves a red tail?

His tail is more a maroon color, he is a Timneh Grey (the little known cousin to the more popular Congo Grey) and they don't have bright red tails. It is said they talk just as well as Congos but actually sound a bit more like their owners when they talk (mine sounds a lot like me).
