Somewhat redundant, and hardly no approach for datum A. You should have had at least .500 for machining variance for the initial touch. "Cylinder one" was a waste, a creep move could have sufficed, Unless the tolerance was > than .03 depending on approach. The worst case scenerio, the three holes were machined on a ccompletely seperate op resulting in the first hole being called the datum. Nice try, it's good to learn. keep up the good trys :)
