The story of Joe Elkerton, an aboriginal Torontonian who was abandoned by his parents and adopted by a white couple. He tells of his struggle to find his aboriginal identity and acceptance which lead him into life on the streets. His life changed when someone reached out to him and told him about Jesus. He now is back on the streets as a youth worker and native pastor through "Project 417", reaching out to those in the sex trade.
