Dental Implants in Mexico

The treatment with dental implants in México require a minimum of 2 stages. The first stage is a surgery procedure that is performed by our Maxillofacial Surgeon. Nearly all implants are placed in the mouth with local anesthesia in a dental chair. No pain is felt during the surgical procedure. Depending upon the number of implants placed, there may be swelling and/or tenderness for a few days following the surgery. Pain medication is usuallly prescribed which alleviates this discomfort and a soft food diet. The second stage is the prosthesis construction is made by Cosmetic Dentist Dr. Aparicio.
