I´m Norwegain as well and I don´t understand the fuzz:-/. I think we´re the only nation in this Universe that has police officers that don´t use guns so I don´t understand why your making a big deal out of it when you do understand and know that this was a typical request by the Americans.

I thought Norwegian cops were routinely armed? After that nutter went on a rampage a few months back I remember the pictures in the news with normal cops with firearms..

Many people would pay hinger taxes if those taxes were not used to fight wars that make a profit for a few,such as Halliburton,Halliburton was once based in Texas now its based in Dubai.Ours taxes should be used for health care, public transport,education,housing and helping the truly needy and unfortunate.But no it all goes to a few privileged elite.
