This is a guide to get Cyndaquil, Totodile or Chikorita in Pokemon Emerald.
This is only for Pokemon Emerald, not for Ruby or Sapphire.
First you must complete your Hoenn-Dex. You don't need Deoxys and Jirachi to complete the Hoenn-Dex.
When you have completed the Hoenn-Dex, go to Littleroot Town and visit Prof. Birch.
He will give you Cyndaquil, Totodile or Chikorita.
REMEMBER, YOU CAN ONLY CHOOSE ONE OF THEM, SO CHOOSE VISELY!
