Officer Jason Preston and Michael Pool of the Portland (OR)Police Bureau respond to report of a naked man prowling the neighborhood. At the scene, the officers quickly locate and detain the suspect (White) who is wearing a pair of tiny pink panties. During a routine investigation, two victims (Muslim male and a White female) describe how the suspect exposed himself while making threatening gestures as he circled their vehicle. The officers later discover a video camera the suspect's intoxicated buddies used to record the juvenile incident. At the conclusion of the investigation, the men are cited for disorderly conduct.
