@hankgs Yeah but every year Harley would buy back their motors and sell them brand new ones. Its their law enforcement buy back program. This way cops always have brand new motors.
BMW doesnt do this so LAPD is stuck with them when they get old or break and we all know how outrageous the maintenance costs on a BMW are.
