Alicia i just wanna say thank you. You are such a beautiful person inside and out and very inspiring to me. I first decided to go vegan, because of all the health benefits you talk about, but then the more research i did on my own the more it was about animal cruelty as well... I'm going to be buying your cookbook in a couple days and can't wait to try out all the new foods :D and i LOVE a fine frenzy, literally listen to them all the time!
