This version of Billy singing this song is by far the best interpretation. Such a gifted man who was taken so early. Love the way he sounds and looks. Perfect package.Can't fault any of his performances. He makes the song. Love you Billy!!

@psychodamned The only version that was a hit was Jay and the Americans in 1962. Definitive version? If you like a weird mix of exaggerated Gene Pitney and Maurice Chevalier then PJ Proby's version fits the bill. He had a good voice but he screwed up this song trying to sound like someone else.
