Left 4 Dead 2-How to Seperate vpk sound addons

Hello Everyone and welcome to my video about:
how to seperate vpk sound addons(Left 4 Dead or Left 4 Dead 2)

program(s) im gonna use:
Firefox
GCFscape
Left 4 Dead or Left 4 Dead 2 to try the sound mod
WinRAR
and also a good computer

procedure:
1.download first what sound mod u gonna download
2.wait for the download
3.after the download's finished a RAR file will pop up....
4.extract it into the download folder
5.download GCFscape
6.open up GCFscape
7.then open file
8.go to the download folder and your download will be there
9.open it
10.after u open it then paste the folder into the desktop
11.copy it
12.paste it on left4dead or left4dead2 folder(i have Left 4 Dead 2)
13.test it out in-game
14.if it sounded in slow-mo activate the console(on the option then keyboard(i think)then enable developer console)
15.type snd_updatesoundcache or snd_rebuildsoundcache
16.then restart it again then test it again
17.if it worked CONGRATZ!!!!
18.then enjoy killing all sons of bitches!

I got this add-on d/led and installed but when running it, i got the slow mo voice for zoey, so I did what step 14 says but both commands came back as unknown command,

so I searched for a similar command and found snd rebuildaudiocache and tryed that first and the whole game went to a loading screen and froze up,

 I closed it and tryed to relaunch l4d2 but it went back to that, and just got a not responding message, post continued in next comment.

@TobiasAkira hmmmmmm....if it froze dont emergency exit because its rebuilding the sound cache.....it will continue in a min(5-20 mins).....be patient

@DizturbedFan yea, I took the game off full screen and put to lowest settings and then went and made dinner, it had rebuilt and updated, the update command was faster but half the voices stayed slowmo, don't understand that. but the commands listed in the vids desc are unknown commands in l4d2, not sure if you knew that, I found snd_rebuildaudiocache to try in place of sound, and the same for the update, had to put audio for the command to work, but in the end half her sounds were still slowmo.

@TobiasAkira I'm having to reinstall l4d2 just to get it running again, I may try the other command updateaudiocache but not sure as it takes 3 hours for me to reinstall l4d2,

also, I ran that command in the map I made first, I was able to get back to that map but there was no more sound, so I tryed it in the main menu and thats when it all went to hell.

got another hour til the games running again so if ya could reply would be great help
