Im going to build a 20 to 30 foot boat similar to yours. I get free lumber from an old abandoned mill on a backstreet nobody knows about.. It has around $100,000 of wood there thats in 2x4's and ply mostly. Its like a boat builders dream.

this is one of the best designs of a hybrid tug ive ever seen- btw i built a houseboat 10 by 16 cabin lived on it for 2 years
