Zeus (Ζεύς) is the Ruler of Gods and men and in Greek mythology. He is also famous for having many mistresses beside his wife Hera (Ήρα). In each case, Zeus transforms himself into animals and other creatures to make love to these women.

Among these, we find:

1) Leda (Λήδα), whom Zeus made love to as a swan.
2) Alcmene (Aλκμήνη), whom Zeus made love to as a Satyr.
3) Europa (Εὐρώπη), whom Zeus made love to as bull.
4) Danaë (Δανάη), whome Zeus made love to as a shower of gold.

You know, insults followed by "it was just a joke" are statements a person makes after he is made to humiliated for uttering them. As for worshipping Zeus, theism plays a small role in my worldview, but I would rather worship Zeus than the schizophrenic "abusive-father" archetype the monotheistic monopolies tell me I should be a slave to.
