Got a Problem- This basically means you are having a hard time with one of your neighbors. She will give you a list of things like Rude and stuff like that.

Locked Out- This option is only for when you have way to many things in your house and cannot get inside at all.

You know when you have guests over to your town and they're complete strangers. Well, sometimes these strangers will be a bit mean even though YOU were kind enough to invite them over and draw obscene things and make them into patterns or make your animals say naughty things so if you want that gone, you can ask Pelly, click 'residents' and all that bad stuff will be gone. Maybe it's actually when an animal from someone-you had-over moves to your town and brings all that stuff.
