do you have any problems with MAF or hessitation at 2000-2700 RPM?

@G35Nismo350GT forgot to mention its a bolt on, takes about 15-30 minutes to swap out the old intake with the new one

I think it cost about $300. Yes i installed it myself, it was very simple. The instructions were very clear.

@G35Nismo350GT i found the same thing but it can also be converted to cold air intake is this the same system ?

@atnomad Yes, the intake comes with two pieces. You can either attach the filter to the first piece, like I did, or you can attach both pieces to make it into a cold air intake.

Either one is fine, it wont really make much difference in power. The reason i kept mine a short ram is because i like the look of the filter in the engine bay.

my car came with a seconday air injection for emmision purposes so there was a hose connected to the air box and when i bought the air intake it didnt come with a connection so instead of leaving the hose unconnected i put a breather filter on it.
