My Third Dead Xbox 360

My third Xbox 360 died. Microsoft wants to charge me $139 to fix it. This system was sent to me 3 months ago by them after my last system failed due to a dead DVD drive. They told me my warranty was extended until Oct. of this year after my last system died, but apparently that never happened.

Call 1-800-4MY-XBOX to complain if the same thing's happened to you. And if it hasn't happened yet, it will.

Dude i have had a ps3 for about 4 to 5 years now and never had a problem and i used to play mw2 for about 5 hours a day

@cortes1988 Yeah but to do that you have to buy a transfer cable for 30 bucks so once again Microsoft is fucking rip you off. I got a ps3 in... June and OMG IT"S THE BEST THING EVER!!!! especially uncharted 2.

@sarkasmi83 Yeah man I hate microsoft as well they piss me off too much. I heard you can transfer your progress from the harddrive into the new xbox but I wouldn't know how because I don't have it. I went through like 4 systems and I got tired of calling Microsoft and all I hear is oh we are sorry that happen. yeah right bullshit. I hear that all the time. Now they come out with a new system after PS3 came out with theirs. I like wtf Microsoft ?

@wescoolya Yeah I guess he should of just took the disc out, blow in it, blow in the disc tray and it would've been ok :D

Though sure, close enough I guess, if it broke 7 months ago when you wrote that. And sure, he had a good one.. I've gone through 3 consoles in 5 years.
