Penalties brought Toulouse back to 17-20; then Ellisalde lines up a 42-metre kick with a few minutes to go.

poitrenaud is the achetype of the french player in the 2000's: so brilliant when he's on form, so awful when he's not concentrated. and when you don't have your full mind on the game that gives this sort of blooper.

whatever, it didn't affect too much toulouse as they snatched 2 others h-cups after this one ;)

Poitrenaud's one of those player where, when he's good, he's one of the best. And then when he's bad, he's awful - like when he got intercepted by Chris Wyatt. Then again, that's a priviledge that Ronan O'Gara and Christian Cullen have had as well.

Le gros beauf de Poitrenaud, putain a l'epoque il etait trop omnubile par sa coupe de cheveux mais sous l'os cranien il n'y avait pas grand chose. Il aura pris un peu de plomb dans la tete depuis mais je le prefere en centre meme aujourd'hui. A l'arriere, il a des lapses de concentration, dont celui-ci, le plus bete de tous.
