Many places in Denmark have special traffic lights for bikes, allowing them to start before the cars, or telling them to stop earlier so the cars can get around the corners. Logically they are put next to the stop line, where the bike riders are supposed to be. Unfortunately the bike people mostly pass that line at red, putting the bike signal behind them. Thereby they miss the 1-10 seconds benefit they would have had, and at the same time they block the road for those who might be at the correct stop position. At best it's annoying, at worst it's more dangerous than a crossing with shared lights between cars and bikes.
