@goru426 Yeah so your saying it's racist for AZ to want actual legal AZ citizens? Illegal citizens don't pay taxes, in which doesn't put back into it's state. If that huge chunk of money doesn't go back into it's state, then they won't improve the state nearly as much as they should. It is not racist to ask for immigrants to do it legally.
