    It will be good to start doing the exercises now while you are still in the growth phase and before your bones harden.

    A 3 inch height increase is achievable if follow the program every day.

  • i`m 5 feet 5 and a half inches tall. But I want to get to 5'8". how long would I have to do these exercises. Also how long would it take to grow an inch taller.

  • Some guys do the exercises at least 5 days a week but the more you do it the faster you get results. Some perform the stretches 7 days a week and they get desirable results as early as 6 weeks in the program.

  • yup, this grow taller exercises work and it works better if you are still in your puberty age.

    Although it will also work beyond 30 years old but it will require more effort and dedication.

  • @DeadlyChill207 Most likley you'll reach 6 feet or somewhere close to it. Stay active, pick up a sport like basketball, swimming. At 14, I was 1.72 metres (5'8") and reached 1.84 metres (6''01/2"). It's highly possible for you to reach 6 feet. Other factors like genetics come in to play. eg if your parents are tall, you have the genes theoretically to be at the same. Hope that helps.

  • @Sunbeemz It'sa longshot, but at 18 there's little hope as your plates are fused. I've experimented in the past with stretching excercises. Stretching exercises works to decompress your spine. If you're in job where you;re sitting infront of the chair all day, chances are your spine is not straight. Stretching excercises help straightening it, and in turn you may gain 1/3 of an inch to 1 inch if you;re lucky. 5'8" isalongshot, but 5'6" is not.
