Here's an interesting little gadget that we found in the "Green Pavillion" of CES 2009 -- The K2 has both a wind turbine and a set of solar cells that can power an internal charger to provide electricity to conected external devices. While something like this doesn't generate nearly enough power to run a typical gadget continuously, it is an interesting first-generation piece of tech that could grow into something truly cool
