I have a question. I did my leopard nails today, and my topcoat smudges the polish even after itss dry. Does it matter what brand of polishes or top coat I use?

@lilyfloweranime or a kirby grip/ bobby pin end (u no the boble bit thing) :)

Replacements for dotting tool: Toothpick, q-tip (the end should be cut off), or a flossing stick.
