  • beautiful ,do we trinis really know what we invented, do we really appriciate it, i wonder

  • ellie triple guitar steelpan is sweet as a harp

  • smoother than silk

  • Mannette that's the name of my sister here on Puerto Rico jeje

  • I thought I hear all the pan in the wolrd until I hear this.....amazing sir...AMAZING

  • Let us also salute Lord Kitchener for he had very much to do with the development of the pan as he provided all those beautiful tunes for us to arrange. In fact I believe that the Pan as a Musical Instrument had to improve to keep up with Kitch for he kept making Classic after Classic with increasing Musical Complexities which required top class Instruments to give justice to the music. Dr. Ellie and others took up that challenge and the musical world is now immensely richer.

  • Dr. Ellie Mannette deserves TnT highest award also. We all played on Pans which were his styling here in TnT and he took his skill to the USA where thousands benefited. In the Pan Music Festival of 1966 at Queens Hall, Trinidad, the Guest Band which opened the show was the "GraceLine Bandits" , a Group of young American Boys all trained by Dr. Ellie.Amongst them was the now renowned Pannist Andy Narell. Pan progressed mostly because of his Pan inventions. He deserves the Highest Award.

  • man. mannette pans are the best i have heard, but that Guitar in particular is the most amazing sounding pan i have ever heard. if you ever get a chance to hear his personal guitar live, you will melt. and it doesn't hurt that he is playing a beautiful song on it.
