  • Interesting definition of CSR: benevolent dictatorship. You have taken the tyranny of capitalism as a given and proposed a benevolent dictatorship model appealing to the conscience of these legal persons we call corporations. The nature and behaviors of corporations are defined and determined by their legal rights and responsibilities and managers' fiduciary duty to achieve the one goal that corporations exist for - profit.
