SS316 has 50% more electric resistance than Titanium.
So, stay with your stainless steel cell and enjoy less gas production and higher cell temperature. Also, it is proved that Titanium is more anto-corrosive the SS316 not matter what you want to believe.

Titanium is much better then any SS alloy and that is because not only it does not make the water brown but also because has less electrical resistance than SS. That means it can accept more amps. It can also accept higher frequency pwm pulses. Positive titanium plates must have special coating. Also, HHO is not the best gas for boosting engines performance. There is a much stronger electrolyte producing HHHN gas. For more infos go to...

I can make that much gas with my little cell i made with 316 stainless steel

The thing i hate most is when people make videos and you CANT HEAR THEM!!!!!

@Marinari95 You can't use titanium on the positive plate, it will get a layer of highly insulative titanium dioxide form and the cell will stop working. No so with the negative plate where the hydrogen is formed, there will be a huge increase in production.

Great job but in the spirit of keeping it cheap, I'll stay with Stainless...

316 Lstainless in a cell that has 68,000 miles no WEAR on the plates and the water NEVER got brown. I am staying with stainless!

actually we can use SS304 0.4mm thickness, even we have to maintenance it over and over..every month. But I think this idea more cheaper for learning
