It's difficult to know how to report these types of people. I know how to report a profile picture (hardly important) and how to report a background image (not that important either) and how to flag a video, but i have no idea how to actually report a person's whole profile or account for putting out endless hate videos. Youtube make it impossible to find any info on how to report these accounts. Anybody have any ideas? I search high and low and find no tabs or links within Youtube to do this.

for example i found a completely racist guy
who said he hated jews and when someone posts any resonable posts he calls them a lying jew.
