  • good concept, but why would you throw with your front leg closed off? that's more strain on your core and arm in order to get through to the release point. and with more strain becomes more torque from the arm in your elbow and also in your shoulder. which is a main cause of bursitis in pitchers. im not being a smartass, im just expressing my point of view. ive been working with a trainer from the yankees for 6 years
