Im going to be there in 2-3 weeks. And me and my roommate are rying to figure out what apartment we want. We are considering 3-4 people. Now does patterson have four bedroom apartments or just three? And what do you recommend, Chatham or Patterson? I'm bringing my car because I'm flying, so which one is closer to a bus stop. Thanks!- Amanda

@elegantKatE the 3 bedroom at patterson is less expensive than the 1 or 2 bedrooms there. They are all more expensive than the other complexes, but not much more than chatham and the 3 bedroom is totally worth it.

Patterson only goes up to 3 bedrooms which is 6 people.- but each get a bathroom. I loved patterson and stayed there the whole time i was on my cp. I stayed in a 3 bedroom and then 2 bedroom. I think the 3 bedroom was better because there was more space and the kitchen was bigger. Chatham will be closer to the bus stop but it is a big property so if you are in the back of chatham it is the same distance of being in the front of patterson. 4 bdr in chatham only have 2 bathrooms for 4 people each.
