This is the tail-end of Justice League of America Live-Action TV Pilot Made in 1997 Written by Stefan Robak. This movie was probably only seen once on Television and was meant to be a series that never made it. The source image was very low quality.

Just when I thought I've seen everything!! The funny part is, I probably watched this on TV (a lifelong comic fan), but forgotten it because it was so awful.

This piece of shit has to be the worst superhero-related LA project I've ever seen. Even *gasp* Batman & Robin pales in comparison.
