please hang in there. i know how u feel. someone close to me abuse's me and tells me they love me. Hang in there okay?! It all be worth it. you know how i stand to live with it all?.... I read a book and it changed my life. Let me know if you want to look at it. It can really help, SeriouslY!

So, basically, Ijust threw out a bunch of cliches...which are all very true. But, not too helpful. What you feel is so overwhelming and so real and often, hard for others to comprehend. Where do you turn? How can it get any better? I'm still figuring that out, but I've been going to my Bishop, meeting with the Missionaries and going to a 12 step program for spiritual help. And listening to music like this again. I hope you are feeling better soon, I really do!

I'm so sorry! I know those feelings too and am battling to get back to higher ground. Reaching out like this is such a great start. Don't stop...keep reaching out. There are people there if you just look around. Just listen to music like this, if nothing else, to keep your spirits up. Little steps can lead to more steps and then, to bigger steps. You are a Child of God...don't give up.
