We just wanted to take a moment to say how sadden we are to learn of Bill Gunter's passing two nights ago. We will miss him dearly. He was a great guy who loved to play jazz and his humor will be missed by all. It's a shame. What will we all do without him? Steve and Patti

  • It's a gigantic loss...thanks for your comments! Bill is irreplaceable!!

  • where did u guy get the double belled?

  • I picked them up here and there...right now I own five of them. We're taking three of them to a jazz festival in Budapest Mar.18. We play a lot of trios with them...

  • I play the euphonium myself and i've never seen a double bell euph, keep up the good work!

  • Hi,

What kind of double belled euphoniums are you playing? I was fascinated by them when I first saw your video and looked them up on the Internet. It took me a while to find the ones with 2 forward pointing bells.

Incidentally, until I got accustomed to them, the double belled euphoniums actually looked creepy to me. Like something out of "Men in Black" peering at me.

  • Good stuff-the euphonium is a great instrument. I've never heard it played in this type of a band though-very unique!
