Tried this WOD a little heavy. Little did i know it got heavier as time passed. Faliure caught me at 13rnds.

5 Deadlifts, 5 Hang power cleans, 5 Thrusters @ 115lbs, every minute on the minute for 20min or until faliure.

  • thrusters are the shit, you'll be able to run through a brick wall. correct me if i'm wrong though but shouldn't you be squatting when you catch the bar on those cleans? i know 115 isn't heavy so you don't have to squat to get the bar up, but if you're not squatting, a light hang clean is pretty worthless

  • thats why they are called "Hang Power Cleans" not "Hang Squat Cleans". there is a difference.

  • Did you puke? Thrusters are brutal
