Renault kangoo squeak when start up ????

hi guys i have a renault kangoo van 1.9 d
02 plate 66,000 miles
the van has just been in for a timing belt , water pump , and accessories belt change
in the timeing belt kit was the timing belt and 2 pulleys .

my problem is after the van had been in for the belt change the noise in the video has started a sort of squeak .

when i first herd this noise i went back to the garage who said it must be the oil pump pulley
which wasent part of the standard change so they replaced that but when i got home and fired it up the next morning the same noise was still there you can here it when first started up then
it goes away once reved and fully warmed up can anyone suggest what it could be before i return to the garage
