WARNING: BRIEF NUDITY (VERY brief). Here's a VERY rare (and racy!) Memphis music video from the early '90s... The Voodoo Village People's production of their signature song, "Greasy Biker Slut".

These darlings of the old Antenna Club on Madison Ave had a surprising degree of musicianship lurking behind their shock-tactic songwriting. This Zappa-esque romp is sadly the only VVP in my collection.

NOTE: This group came along decades before the group "Voodoo Village", which knowingly STOLE the name from them.

I seem to remember these guys playing at Box Car Eddies some as well. Oh Highland street, It was an old movie place before it was converted. I played there as well ...great place to gig. I Loved the tune...bass line was kicking. Michael PS. Is the singer name Mick Cox ?
