In partnership with FaveDiets ( http://www.FaveDiets.com ) recipe site, I wanted to make another fun snack food item. Deep fried cheese balls were always a favorite as a kid, and I saw them on the "Diners and Dives " FoodTV show a couple weeks ago. I had to do a fair bit of experimenting to get them right, but it was definitely worth it.

6 oz Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Crushed Pork Rinds
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
