I got a few that this doesn't help to understand what's being said. Sounds like it's got a mouth full of stones or something.
Also techsmiths cam studios while not free is easily obtainable for free. It allows you to record what your doing on your desk top along with what your saying via a microphone, it's very user friendly, and could help improve video quality ;)

Mp3 formats are no good anyway, wav files have a better frequency range on the high low. I would only add that when people buy audio recorders, try to get one that saves files as wav's instead of mp3. Also Magix movie maker 12 is great program for both audio editing and creating WMV. Its not free but its interface is user frendly. Ive been playing with Audacity and its definetly a good choice. Great vid, I know editing is a common question, and sharing a tutoral is a great idea.
