@purplemonkeyelephant Yeah you can only get a little, you drain it but 10% of the fluid still remains inside, then you get it again, you drain it and 10% still remains. And over time you get a lot and the only way to fix it is to surgically open the skin and take out the stuff, then stitch the skin together again. Dan Henderson says so.

I always hated draining mine but I agree I hate that look. But 3 times a day Dam! I'd do it once maybe twice if it was bad.
