St. Simons Island, a resort residential island, still has a few places for horses to grow. Here is a rescue horse and her two week old foal. Mother is shy of people, and was rescued in November of 2006. She was pregnant at the time. Natalie and her mother take in rescued horses on the family property.

How beautiful to watch a mum & foal..I am quite envious...how could anyone hurt these majestic beasts is beyond me. I know this is an older vid but i would really like to know if your still saving horses. God bless u for the ones you saved,if only there were more people like u...these beautiful horses would remain...beautiful!!

Wow. Takes me back a few years. Like twenty. I miss being a "stable kid" on the island. Glad to see some of it is still untouched and beautiful.
