@vayn2006 Arms is way better than fury, it even got a hotfix buff halfway in, and it will be getting a buff in the upcomming patch 4.1.0 with some sick buffs, fury is terrible in arenas, but fun in BG when no one has resil :P

My main it's not a warrior but i am leveling warrior without hating what should i use for pvp arms or fury? after this patch that is.

@vayn2006 Fury is the pvp spec atm - Insane burst - PVP set giving intercept a less CD - Heroic Fury which removes immobilization effects and refreshes the CD on Intercept also Skirmisher reduces the CD of intercept by 10 seconds and the cooldown of heroic leap by 20 seconds. This gives you great mobility. But bare in mind this is PTR - More changes are likely to happen.
