  • God, I hate how powerful and moving this song is and how much I cry when i listen to it. I'm a girl and not even at the age of getting married, yet the lyrics tug at everyone's heartstrings. For the daughter's going away from their parents and the parents at the loss of their daughter.

    Oh, i'm crying again :(

No song has ever made me this emotional.

    Thank you Mohammed Rafi.

  • After being the Father of an Daughter.......i understand the meaning of this song and i cried a lot,Great Song from Great Legendary Singer Md.Rafi.

  • There's something like a line of gold thread running through a man's words when he talks to his daughter, and gradually over the years it gets to be long enough for you to pick up in your hands and weave into a cloth that feels like love itself. Love ur daughters the most. They are real treasure for the family. Love u my daughter Nosheen Riza.

  • @pspattu u should not probably listen to this song. i m not trying to offend you
