i just discovered this video today and i feel like its working already for me. it works every part of you abs and that is great. Keep posting new video and the great work.
How many day or time are you suppose to do abs a week? i hate doing abs but i just have too because my abs are way way out of control.

i did varsity cross country for 2 years and we were taught to do most of these exercises. they worked really well over time but the running also helped you lose any unwanted fat. i started doing some of these for the past week or 2 and have already seen results, but i also have a fast metabolism. im really looking for a lower ab video!

i tried all of these exercises and i do them right and i still have belly fat :(
