"Sand Scraper" Desert Line Express with english and romaji subs original by Kagamin Len. I remade the video using the actual pv and apologies for some parts being harder to read, I used the color and place where it could best be seen as it goes along. I'll add annotations for the parts that are hard to read later. Someone gave a pretty good idea as to what this songs was about:
A pair of psychotic twins that were killing people, so the rich people o the town had them killed and the train signafies that the dropping of the boy's soul into the world of the psychotic dead (iron country is that world) so he's wandering through the world and is thinking about his previous life. Then the train that's dropping off his twin sister passes by but she doesn't gett off. Sh's going to bring them back to the world of the living when the train goes back to pick up more souls. Basically they hijack the train. The steam town means the living world. "Them" is the rich people in that town that ordered them to be killed. The Sand Scraper is the border between the living and the dead. So now they
re in the world of the living and theyre taking away the poeple on the train's souls so they might feel the pain they did, but they are still unhappy.
Not for sure if that's correct or not, but it works for me.

The story is about Len and Rin going to the city to work in the factories, while he's there, he notices the people and he have become hopeless "I hate myself, i hate this guy" the X represented Len's friends who lost hope, but he tried not to, in order to escape he takes his friends on the sand scaper and leave the city with Rin, who has hope as well, as the X's on their face disappear so does the hopeless-ness, they eventually find refuge outside the city in the real world.
