  • who knew there would be so many benefits with barefoot walking

  • Is This Why i Feel Kinda Weak n A Lil Misunderstanding..I Havnt Walked Bear Foot In A Long Time

  • Is this pseudo? Any doctors or scientists know anything about this?

It's interesting anyway. No offence to the video poster either, just there's so much misinformation around now. I'd like more opinions.

  • I had a lot of trouble recovering from a fractured toe socket that I injured using Vibram five fingers footwear. Even though I am an ardent barefoot runner and lifestyle practitioner, until I bought an earthing band through reading the earthing book, and use it whilst I am sleeping, I did not see the improvement I have now in getting a real positive result in healing of the injury

The only other change I made as a Raw food advocate, was adding extra pea protein to my diet

  • Just notice this video is from MissEcoGlam rather than FarmofLife so I wanted to thank you MissEcoGlam for YOUR video:) !!

  • Amazing wealth of knowledge THANK YOU Brian!!! Your videos are so informative and I really appreciate you guys!! Im barefoot alot in the summer but its a little more difficult in the colder times up here in the States. I am going to incorporate it more anyways though:)

  • I'm going to try, seems logic. I stand a lot for my work and my feet hurt sometimes from a lot of mountainbiking.

  • i think the reason why our shoes all have rubber at the bottom its to deflect then healing energys of the earth.

  • @jenp27 Yes, sand still transfers the earth's natural currents.

  • walking on the sand at the beach is ok?
